Rules of the management for all institutions of Dr. M. V. Shetty Memorial Trust (R)

• If any student, after admission, leaves the college/course under any circumstances, he / she shall pay the college fees for the remaining period of the course (Whole course)
• All disputes arising with respect to the affairs of the college / trust / management shall be within the jurisdiction of Mangalore court.
• It is compulsory for all students to stay in our hostel and avail the mess facilities.
• It is the duty of the candidates to obtain and submit the Eligibility Certificate. However, the Management will render all assistance to get the certificate.
• Any amount once paid to the college / management/ trust shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Hostel rent and mess - charges are subjected to periodic revision and the revised fee is applicable.
• If the other fees are increased by the government or other agencies the differential amount should be paid by the students.
• Rules for CET shall be followed as and when such rules are definitely framed.
• All admissions made are provisional and subject to approval by university . If the admission is not approved by the university for any reason at later stage, the management is not responsible but will offer support and guidance wherever possible.
